Denise Rivera is a Latin singer, Trance vocalist, songwriter and Zumba intructor living in the Netherlands. This Bolivian-Dutch artist represented Bolivia in the OTI festival in 1995. For many years she worked as a TV presentor in Spain for example on Antena 3 with TV personality Pepe Navarro, while she was starting her singing carreer. She sang as backing vocalist for Spanish artists like Marta Sanchez, Antonio Flores and Enrique Iglesias before singing as lead vocalist for Nacho Cano (from Mecano) on his album “El Lado Femenino” whom she toured with throught Spain and varios countries in South America.
In 1998 she moved to the Netherlands where she began her solo career. She performed with several group formations until she brought out her own Latin acoutic album “Un Nuevo Ser” in 2008 including several of her own compositions. She was interviewed on one of the most popular talk shows in Holland “The Wereld Draait Door” where she presented her CD. Several important radio programs invited her to perform live as well as with well-known artists like Candy Dulfer and Cor Bakker. Her album was then re-released in Asia (China) in 2011 by Top Music a label under Sony Music BMG.
Denise Rivera has been invited to perform as special guest by the Dutch Royal Air Force Orquestra and the Frisian youth Orquestra. She continues to sing as Trance vocalist for internationsl Dj’s like Ferry Corsten, Robbbie Rivera, Aly & Fila, Cosmic Gate etc. and is preparing her new album tob e released in 2018.
Henk Pool is a classically trained composer, songwritter, and producer from the Netherlands. He has had multi platinum and gold successes in both the USA and Europe. He was been granted several awards and his compositions have been on top of several important musical charts. He compositions have been interpreted by several national and international artists such as Marco Borsato, Guus Meeuwis, Laura Pausini, Chris McClarney, Laura Figi, Chris Eaton and Avalon just to mention a few.
His compositions have also been used for several movies such as “A Foreign Affair”, documentaries and Television programs. Henk composed the orchestral score for ‘The Roymann Closure’, with Robert David Hall (CSI). The music was recorded in Prague, with the ‘City of Prague Philharmonic’.
Henk Pool continues songwritting around the world, especially in the USA (Nashville and Los Angeles) together with other great songwriters.
He works from his homebase Artica Productions Studio in the beautiful old city of Leeuwarden and travels the world writing for all kinds of projects. He co-ownes and co-operates Las Negras Songwriting Camps, a very succesful hub for internationally acclaimed songwriters in the south of Spain.
